送貨留意事項：
1. 須預設1小時收貨時段 (e.g. 5-6 pm)
2. 司機會送到樓下，須於車邊交收
3. 送上樓司機會有額外收費，詳情與本店客服聯絡
4. 取貨時請檢查清楚貨品，查收後恕不退換

1. Message us on the preferred delivery date and time in hourly slots (e.g. 5-6pm)

2. Delivery to be collected from the van

3. Door to Door delivery subjected to additional charge, please contact us on whatsapp for quotation

Advice for collection time:

• Helium balloon - on the day of the event or no earlier than 8 hours before the event to ensure float time throughout event. 

• Air filled balloon - no earlier than 2 days before the event.
